Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Booking Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected delays can sometimes occur, necessitating schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hours' notice.
Our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved service's deposit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a deposit to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency within 12 hours of your appointment or consultation, your deposit may be applied to future services. Please reach out via text or email as soon as possible in this event.

Your deposit is transferable to a rescheduled appointment or consultation once, within the appropriate rescheduling time frame, before another deposit is required.
Our goal is to provide quality services to all our clients promptly. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our tailor but also our other clients. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
By booking your appointment, you reserve a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. To be respectful of the tailor and their other clients, please call, text, or email Devan Freedman as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid our cancellation fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so on the website, call or text us at (609)246-0565, or email devan@devansdivinetailoring.com. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a missed appointment fee equal to the deposit for their appointment.
If you fail to attend an appointment or consultation without any notice, we will be unable to work with you in the future.
Booking Policy:

We allow between 12 hours and 2 weeks' advance for scheduling an appointment or consultation with us.

All services require a deposit to reserve an appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your services or used in the event of a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show.

All services, besides custom creations, have a maximum 2-week turnaround time.

Custom creations require a minimum of 1 month turnaround time.

If you require expedited services, an additional charge of $40 will apply.

We reserve the right to deny any services that do not meet our time frame.

We provide a cost estimate range for all services at the end of the fitting or consultation. However, the final cost is only determined after sourcing and labor are complete. If the given estimate exceeds what we find during the labour process, we will contact you immediately to discuss the discrepancy.
